Hello,
I was generally very pleased with my travel that you arranged and I thank you for a wonderful trip. Here are responses to your specific questions.

Food - this was generally good, both at the hotel as well as outside the hotel.

Hotel - the YinHe hotel in Chengdu was wonderful. The Shangbala hotel was acceptable. The room was clean but there was no wireless and the hot water took about 15 minutes to warm up in the morning. However, it was in an excellent location and I was very happy with this.

Guide - Bimba was a great guide and his english was better than I expected. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Driver - The car and driver were also very nice. The car was clean.

I would definitely recommend your travel agency to any friends traveling to China, including Tibet. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Dear Maggie,

First of all, thank you very much for the excellent organization of our trip to China. We have enjoyed very much. Thank you for your help, and extremely careful collaboration.

The tour has been fantastic, and hopefully we can come back to China soon that we can continue discovering new amazing places with your company and your help.

The overall organization has been great as I mentioned: the tours, the hotels, the food, the flights arranged for us. The tour guides, very professional, friendly and helpful all the time. The organization of the tour in their cities was perfect. The English level of our tour guides was very good. The service attitude of the drivers was correct and friendly. The cars were kept clean all the way.

We found the meals really enjoyable although not much variety on dishes. As we expressly requested not to have pork, we enjoyed in almost all restaurants a vegetable dish, chicken and beef prepared in a quite similar style.

We want to mention in particular the restaurants and food in Beijing for lunch during the three days and in Guilin for dinner on the 14th, as we liked very, very much!

We really like the chicken Sichuan style (I hope I am right: it has peanuts and is a bit spicy)

As we mentioned all of the guides did a very good job organizing the activities, shown a good knowledge of the sites and commitment to their job. We are especially grateful for their friendliness, and care to Carole in Guilin and Barbara in Suzhou and to Alex in Hangzhou for his beautiful tales about the city.

Thank you very much to TravelChinaGuide and to Maggie Ye in particular for the great organization of our trip to China and extremely care and support paid on all our requests during the organization. We have enjoyed very much during the 13 days of our trip: the sites visited, the restaurants chosen (almost all of them no touristic at all, with good quality and very tasty food), the hotels (very well located, nice rooms and good service). All the guides had very good level of English, and were very friendly and committed to their job. Everything was easy and enjoyable, as a result of a very good organization. It was the first time we decided on a trip through an internet tour operator. Previous to choose TravelChinaGuide we requested several proposals to different on line travel guides. Finally, we decided on TravelChinaGuide as they shown a very professional way of working and oriented on cultural tours (not shopping, etc). We were right!. We definitely recommend TravelChinaGuide's services!
