I am very satisfied with the abilities and attitude of all the office people, guides and drivers of Travel China Guide. Your company is to be commended for its pursue of excellence. In addition, I believe China is the most interesting country I have visited. There are many lessons the world can learn from the people and culture of family values that has developed here. I will highly recommend your company and I am sure you have a bright future. I believe you would increase your business dramatically if you highlighted your private tours like the one I took. Most people I know are intimidated by a trip to a foreign country like China but do not like group tours. I believe there is an additional market available to you if you do this.

My wife and I just returned from our China vacation and we had a great time thanks to TCG. You are truly a first-class operation. Your guides were knowledgeable, attentive, intelligent and interesting people. They were always prompt and tried to ensure the tour was enjoyable. Your drivers also did a great job. The hotel selections were good and the meals were great. We really enjoyed the visits to Kaifeng and Luoyang which were off the usual tourist beaten path. The visits to the Jewish heritage sites and families in Kaifeng were particularly interesting and your guide there was quite knowledgeable. I consider your tour to be a good value for the cost. I would be glad to serve as a reference for any future customers. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service I got on my tour. Before my trip, I was very concerned that it would be difficult for me to travel as a woman alone, but I felt very comfortable on the tour. The fact that your guides and drivers were so conscientious and took care of everything made my trip very pleasant. The combination of the ancient history and the dynamism of modern China is breathtaking, and I was thrilled to be given the chance to witness it and have it personally explained to me.

I loved all the places I was taken and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed my time in Xi'an. Bicycling on the top of the wall there was a highlight of the trip, and I was grateful to Julia for arranging that for me. I also really enjoyed the home visit there.

We had the most wonderful time in China made special by your organization. We were met promptly by very professional guides - the drivers were very careful and very considerate of the road rules.

The guides were very knowledgeable and we found the whole experience fantastic. We intend to visit China again sometime in the future and travel along the Silk Road - I would certainly contact you to assist us in our travel arrangements. The meals you arranged for us were first class and very enjoyable - the only criticism I would have is there was too much food!!!!!!!

Your email service was first class. We are just sorry Xiahe was closed but were not disappointed with the change in arrangement - The Hanging Monastery was amazing.

Hi Abbey and Ruby

We returned from our holiday in China last week. This was the second time we have used travelchinaguide. We were delighted with our trip. As before, our guides were always there on time to meet us at airports. Mr Li, Johhny, Andy and Felicity were all professional, friendly, helpful and well-informed. We enjoyed the company of each one of them. We found the food to be great, tho there is not one particular meal I could single out. Our accommodation in Yangshuo - the Paradesa Hotel, and in Lijiang - the Zen Garden Hotel, were outstanding. Our drivers were fine, and cars generally fine except for one in Dali that wasn't very clean and lacked seatbelts.However this was minor overall, and we do certainly recommend travelchinaguide to our friends. I would be grateful if you would not publish my email address, but please feel free to use my comments.
