Dear Abbey and Ruby,

First of all, thank you for the T-shirts we got in Xian, and for making our dream of visiting China come true. Shannon and I had a wonderful time on the tour, especially in Beijing and on the river cruise.

Below is my evaluation.

Meals: All meals were great and there was always more than we could eat, but there is definitely one that stood out among the others. It was the Dumpling Banquet at the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance show in Xian. I've never had so many different types of dumplings and they were all delicious.We both agree that that was the best meal on the tour.

Guides: There were no bad guides. Everyone was very knowledgeable and eager to please. But we did have a favorite...Tina, in Beijing. She was very friendly and took a lot of photos for us. She was also very patient as she waited while we shopped.

Cars: The drivers were all good. The cars were clean and comfortable.

Overall, we were very happy with the service and the flexibility of the tour. We were able to change our itinerary in Shanghai because we wanted more time at the Yu Yuan Gardens, so Ping arranged for us to see the French Concession instead of going to the family visit which would have taken up more time.

The river cruise was probably the highlight of our trip. We were able to meet other tourists, which was fun, and take part in the on-shore excursions, which were all really great experiences. We also felt really spoiled in Beijing because the hotel was fabulous, with the best breakfast buffet ever, our guide was terrific, and we had a lot of shopping options.

I am so glad that my friend, who unfortunately couldn't come with us, recommended your company to me. It felt like we were celebrities for 11 days. I hope we'll be able to visit China again and use TCG. We really had an amazing time and would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone that made this unforgettable trip possible. Thank you so much!

The meals turned out wonderfully. It was a joy to eat in very traditional restaurants, have food ordered for us when we wanted, and eliminate the #1 travelling stress: where to eat. We really enjoyed the ultra-mod Hong Kong style restaurant for dinner in Louyang. It was fun to have tradition fused with modern cuisine.

Each guide was very enlightning, not only in the places we visited, but in the culture, tradition and way of life in the places we visited. Everyone could handle our bombardment of curiousity in the form of questions and discource.

The drivers were wonderful, especially our driver in Louyang. He pretended to be endeared by our extremely small Chinese vocabulary; It was a pleasure!

Our entire trip fulfilled the wonder, curiousity and brillance of the Chinese culture, tradition and way of life. There is not one single moment we can put high up on a pedestal, as every memory, experience and snapshot of our trip will be cherished. We not only were able to experience the places that we visited with a personal guide and driver, we were able to take a custom, Asian adventure at our pace. No large groups to delay you, no guides dragging you around like it's a race back to the hotel and no set itenerary that include things you don't even want to see. Just a great way to travel, explore and enjoy.
