The meals provided were excellent. Amy gained a very good understanding of our tastes and the food ordered was better than we could have hoped for. The spicy eggplant dish at the Eva Inn Guilin was one of the best dishes we have had.

The car was very clean and Mr Chen was happy and obliging.

Amy and Mr Chen were both wonderful. They were extremely helpful and provided a service far superior to what we expected and did everything possible to meet our needs. We would definitely recommend your company and in particular the services of Amy and Mr Chen.

The tour organization was excellent and staff coped with many changes. We would have liked to have had more information re air travel within China before our flight from Guangzhou to Guilin such as how much time we needed to checkin prior to the flights - regulations re liquids we could carry on etc.

The light show in Yangshou was exceptional. We were not intending to attend but we were so glad we did. It was absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend it.

The Guilin Sheraton was excellent. The hotel in Yangshou was very noisy with loud banging throughout the night. We do not hold the tour company responsible for this. This is our second trip with TravelChinaGuide and we will definitely travel with TCG again,.

We enjoyed our tour very much in spite of the very cold weather and the fact that we did not have enough warm clothes with us.

Our driver, Ray, was very competent and skilled in navigating the Beijing traffic. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. His English was such that we could carry on a simple conversation with him.

Our guide, Steve, was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. We enjoyed the company of both men and our conversations with them.

All the meals were good, particularly the first dinner , as we were introduced to some new dishes and the restaurant itself was very nice. Lunch was a cold affair, as we were already cold from being outside, and the restaurant itself was very cold (all the staff wore long coats!).

The responses to my questions and the quick replies to my e-mails were appreciated. If we ever return to China, I would consider using your travel service again. Thank you.

Meals were mostly simple, but acceptable for the price class. Especially the restaurants chosen in Beijing had very beautiful interior and were really great. The far best food was served before the Dance show in Xian (dumplings). So from the food point of view I would recommend this place, but from the interior the restaurants in Beijing.

All the guides were always conscientious, good at English application and knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. The cars were on both places clean and in very good condition. Also the driving skills of the drivers were good.

I specially would like to mention the very good service provided by your company in preparing this trip and in answering my questions / RFQ through e-mail/internet. You also have very nicely incorporated my special wishes and your commission fee compared to direct booking is absolutely within an acceptable level. The same good experience was made during the trip … everything worked out as planned. On one point I was a bit surprised that we visited one handcraft factory which was not mentioned in our travel schedule, but at the end also this place was interesting.
