My family had such a wonderful time in China, and we owe so much of our great experiences to Travel China Guide. We only had 4 days in China. It would have been such a headache to arrange everything on our own. Travel China Guide took care of everything for us and made it so that we did not have to worry about a thing! It was the most stress-free vacation my family has ever had! Our tour guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every site we visited. The meals arranged for us where absolutely delicious. Our driver and guide were perfectly coordinated. We never had to wait for our driver as he was always there on time to pick us up. We saw more in four days than I ever could have imagined. My parents are world travelers, and they told me their trip to China was the best trip they have experienced! I loved China and I cannot wait to go back. I will definitely use Travel China Guide as well as recommend their services to all my friends. Traveling with a tour guide in China is definitely the way to go! Thank you for giving my family such a memorable and wonderful experience. We enjoyed every single part of our trip!

I am writing this on behalf of all my family, including my wife Seonaid and my three-year-old son Aonghas. I want you all to know that we all had a most enjoyable vacation in China over the past two weeks - in fact I cannot remember a holiday where we have experienced such friendly, professional and efficient service. In general, your tour guides were perfect examples of their profession, and their flexibility and willingness to include Aonghas in their planning was exemplary. You will of course have received my individual evaluations through the questionnaires that I completed in each city, but in general I have to say that the young ladies who guided us through your beautiful and fascinating country were wonderful ambassadors of whom you at TCG should be extremely proud.
There is one issue of which I am a little embarrassed. In each of the questionnaires there was a question which asked if there had been any shops/factories that we might have been taken to against our will. I regret to say that I did not read the question properly until I was completing the questionnaire in Guilin - in Shanghai, Souzhou, Beijing and Xi'an, when I had filled in the questions/answers, I thought I was being asked if there were any shops/factories that I had been taken to during our visit to the city in question. Therefore I usually responded "Yes" and filled in the number of shops (usually between 1-3). I want to make it very clear that we were not taken by any of the guides to any shops in any of the cities against our will. Indeed, we enjoyed all our shopping experiences in China, and certainly are very happy and pleased with our various purchases now that we are home.. I am writing this now because I do not want any of the guides in these cities to be penalized as a result of my own regrettable mistake.
So, having said that, let me again repeat how much I, Seonaid and Aonghas enjoyed our time in China, and that we all look forward very much to returning in the not-too-distant future to visit with you all again in the Land of the Dragon.
With my very best regards
John Melvin
