Dear Tina,

We were very satisfied with all the arrangments including meals.Since we are travelling a lot in China, we very much like to explore the different regional and local dishes.So we especially enjoyed the meal served in the Yiyuan restaurant in Guilin.

During our tour we only had one guide and with him there was nothing to be criticised. Our guide was very well-informed and provided us with a lot of background-information about history, habits etc.

There was nothing to complain about the driver and the cleanliness of the car. But the car itself didn't fit the purpose of a sightseeing-car at all. The windows were very small and the seats comparatively high so that one could not really look out of the windows unless you lay down on the floor.

Dear Lily and Eileen!

We had a wonderful time on the Splendid China cruiseship over the Yangtze.. The treatment by all the employees of the ship was very, very friendly; all the meals were excellent; the organization of the excursions were well arranged.

We thank you too for your service; we have got all information needed and also the change of the location of the ship in Yichang was well comunicated. We are very satisfied about that.

And yes, there were two bottles of water in the room each day.

Dear Ms. Ye,

Sorry for a delayed response. I've been busy since returning home.

We greatly enjoyed our time in Beijing. Overall everything was wonderful.

1. The arranged meals were good. We have a limited diet and so we told Anna and she was able to choose dishes we could eat. The restaurants were clean and their service was nice. We enjoyed the Peking Duck dinner the most. Mainly because it was a neat part of culture and a dish that's not easy to find in the U.S.

2. Anna was a great guide. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She took care of all of our needs. She spoke English very well and it was easy to communicate with her. She gave us just the right amount of knowledge about the places we visited. She seems to recognize when we wanted to know more and did not intrude when we just wanted to take photographs.

3. Mr. Lee was a fine driver. He was very polite and got us around safely. The car was clean and he was dressed professionally.

We will certainly use your services in the future as we do plan to return with others to Beijing. The tour was wonderful and everything went very smoothly. We appreciated our guide's patience and how she took care of all the little details. We really appreciated her help in the Beijing airport when we had some issues with our luggage. She stayed with us and made sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend your services to my friends and family.

I appreciated all of your services. Maggie did a great job answering all my questions in a timely matter.
