Dear Kina and Flora,

We returned from our trip to China on August 1st after spending almost four weeks touring and taking in the impressive sights in China, in Beijing, Xian, Chongqing, along the Yangtze River, Yichang, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Quilin, along the Li River, Yangzhou, Hangzhou/Nanyue, and Guangzhou. We learned much of the history and culture of China. The museums, temples, visited, the sights seen, awoke us to the enormous progress China has and is continuing to make, and we came back impressed with a greater understanding of China.

The arrangements China Guide Tours for the air flights and the Yangtze Cruise were excellent. The cruise was very nice and the service , food, excursions were well planned out. The efforts of the crew to make us welcome and make our trip enjoyable and comfortable was extraordinary. We were given bottles of purified water every day and entertained at night over an excellent meal prepared by the Chefs' on board.

We will be recommending to our friends the use of China Guide Tours and services if they ever plan to visit China, and, we will assuredly do so ourselves of your services again if we decide in the future to re-visit China.

Again, Thank you for your services in assisting us in our arrangements. We appreciate your attention to detail, and your responses to our concerns and questions.

Dear Nicole,

I hope you are well. I am sorry I have not emailed earlier but it was very busy at work and thereafter both my son and I were very ill as it is winter here right now.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything. China was truly fabulous and there were many many highlights. I have to count the entire experience of how you handled my booking and actually that of the whole group as also a highlight.. you were truly marvelous.. Dora too.

I do not think that travellers are lucky enough to have had tour operators like you. You were so helpful and patient. You made the experience so pleasant even with the quaratine difficulties... you helped us recover and continue on a marvelous holiday. The experience was unforgetable for both my son and myself. My son has been nagging me to bring him back for the World Expo!!!

Thank you again Nicole. If you are ever on holiday in South Africa.. please email me. I would love to show you some of my country. You will be welcome as a dear friend who made things so much easier for me travelling with a child.

Dear Tina Wang/Maggie Ye,

At the outset, let me compliment you for an excellent online service. Your services on land too were very good.

1) Meals: Of the meals served on tour, the Farewell Dinner, without a doubt was the best. My guide Vivian was very helpful in suggesting a few dishes which she thought I should order; her suggestions were excellent.

2) Guides: Both my guides had an acceptable command of the English language, their pronunciation occasionally created minor problems - reallly nothing to worry about; their knowledge of the places we visited was very good.

3) Cars: the cars were very clean and comfortable; the drivers were polite and keen to serve.

I do not have any objection to my comments and my email being published. I can strongly recommend you to anyone who might be contemplating a visit to China in the near future. I certainly would take advantage of your services , should I ever visit China again.
