Dear Lydia Meng and Sally Si,

I am sorry for the delay in responding to your inquiry. Because my wife and I had additional travel plans, we did not arrive home until April 5. 

As a general response I want to make clear that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Shanghai and found the experience provided by TravelChinaGuide exceeded our expectations. Specifically, we found the meals tasty and ample. The restaurants were clean, modern, and the choices of items were excellent. Although the service was slow, the restaurant we visited on the evening we attended the Acrobatic Show (I believe 3/14/12) was wonderful. Our local guide, Wu, worked hard to get us served adequately.

Our local guide, Wu, was fabulous. Her English was nearly perfect and her ability to guide us through various obstacles and challenges was amazing. Wu was very forthcoming and actively engaged in conversation about all aspects of Chinese life. By the end of the few days I felt we had really gotten to know her as a person and felt fortunate to have met her. I do not recall if she provided us with a feedback form.

The car and driver were fine.

After an initial set of problems, the hotel worked out well. Initially the hotel failed to provide us with the Club Floor upgrade and then put us into the smallest room available on the Club floor. Fortunately, Wu accompanied us and insisted that our room be changed to a more suitable one. We chose to eat our daily breakfast upstairs at the club facility. 

In summary, we found the services provided by your company to be a value that exceeded our expectations. Wu was warm, informative, and assertive in ensuring us the services we needed. Her presence truly was a highlight of our entire journey. I will not hesitate in referring and recommending your company to anyone who is interested in traveling in China. Once we have reviewed and collated our photos, I will be happy to email any I think will be helpful.  Again, thank you for your service and thanks especially to Wu for making our visit to Shanghai so special.

Dear Anny and Lydia,

Our visit through your country were wonderful and the experience unforgettably positive.

From guides to lodging and varied activities all worked smoothly and delivered expertly.

I especially thank you for sending my jade stone from Xi'an to Shanghai. I was overjoyed to find it waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel.

You are pros at designing and delivering the perfect China experience and I was eager to absorb it all.

I'd gladly recommend your services based on my own experience. Let me know how I can be of assistance.

I am also thinking of what to do with all the ideas gathered and formed in my head and may write to you later about that.
