Hello Nicole,

Everything was great with our journey.

The meal was excellent with great service and the environment was very nice and very authentic. It did not feel like tourist place. I would like to recommend the first restaurant they took us in Beijing (don′t remember the name), but the food was our favorite.
 
The guides had excellent attitude, great communication skills and very knowledgeable. They had an answer to all our questions and always gave us a little heads up before getting to every site, so that we would know what look for. John and Koko spoke good English, so there were no problems communicating with them. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile every time.

Cars were clean and comfortable. The drivers always had a smile in their face and made us feel welcome.
 
This was our first visit to China on a 2 weeks trip combining leisure and some business. We booked our trip with this company because of the online reviews. We were a little anxious about going to China, but also afraid we might not "survive" the China experience. The agency's guides made every fear go away. We got to see Beijing and Xian in a different way than what we are used to: private guides and cars, no need to make lines buy tickets at sites, excellent restaurant choices including a lunch at a local′s family (this was the highlight of our trip). We regret we did not book any service for Shanghai and Hong Kong as we got used to getting everything done for us, that we were a little lost, even though moving around China is very easy. We want to go back to the country with some family members and we are sure that we will book our tours with TravelChinaGuide without hesitation. Thanks for the great memories.

Once again thank you for organizing such a brilliant service for us. We have had a great time mostly due to your excellent staff and service.

The meals we received as part of the package were excellent and we both enjoyed them. The restaurants that we were taken to were very good. Probably the lunch at the Auspicious Hotel in Beijing was our favorite.

Both Celina & Lilian were very good and were very knowledgeable in relation to the places visited. Lilian perhaps deserves a mention as her enthusiasm for Xian and the history of the Terracotta soldiers and area was excellent. There was nothing in any way disappointing with the guides.

Both drivers were very good and the cars well presented. They drove well in difficult conditions of traffic.

Hotels were both satisfactory and fully met our needs. Service and hygiene was good.

TravelChinaGuide provided us with an excellent service from the original enquiry, booking and actual delivery of the tours. The company representatives made us feel very welcome, like friends which were re-assuring. The knowledge and language skills of the guides made our trip so much more enjoyable and the quality of meals arranged was excellent and good value. We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone traveling to China.
