What our clients say:
Guest Name:Mr. David Michael Castonguay
Nationality: Canada

I am very pleased to have discovered your website, and I am very happy with the services that you provide/have provided me with. Although there have been a few mishaps in the past ( all of which were my fault, due to rushing), TCG has continued to provide me with great service with regards to booking hotels in every city that I happen to travel to with my business in Mainland China. There have even been a few instances where I have had to change my arrival/departure times from the hotel due to emergencies, and TCG seems to be able to accommodate that. Short-notice bookings (depending on how short), also seem to not be a problem, when I have called on behalf of a few friends to book hotels for them through your service. I will continue to use TCG in the future, as I see it as an invaluable tool that aids me with my travels that no other website has. I have often recommended your website to colleagues and friends alike, and I will continue to do so. Next year I will be flying my parents to visit Mainland China, and without a doubt, I will be arranging their itinerary through www.travelchinaguide.com.

There is not much I can suggest at this moment to help improve your services, but when I think of some, I will definitely write to you again.Thank you very much for the services you have provided me with, I look forward to planning future trips through TCG again.

We were very happy with the TCG booking service. We found it easy to use, and oh surprise, when we arrived in Xi'an, our reservation was on record and our room waiting for us. This is not always the case in China. So, excellent reservation service!

To sum it up, we were very satisfied and happy with the service TCG provided and with the hotel recommended by you. We have recommended both to our friends here in Nanjing, and will certainly keep your services in mind for future vacations.

Hotel Comments

This is a splenid Hotel me and my family went their over the thanks giving breck and for me and my sister it felt like it was the best hotel in china. There was friendly service, bowling, swimming ping-pong, great dining, and it was very close to the mall, only 1 or 2 blocks away. I feel as though everyone should stay at this hotel and enjoy it as much as i did! I also feel as though it should get more then 31/2 stars.
