   I am very pleased to have discovered your website, and I am very happy with the services that you provide/have provided me with. Although there have been a few mishaps in the past ( all of which were my fault, due to rushing), TCG has continued to provide me with great service with regards to booking hotels in every city that I happen to travel to with my business in Mainland China. There have even been a few instances where I have had to change my arrival/departure times from the hotel due to emergencies, and TCG seems to be able to accommodate that. Short-notice bookings (depending on how short), also seem to not be a problem, when I have called on behalf of a few friends to book hotels for them through your service. I will continue to use TCG in the future, as I see it as an invaluable tool that aids me with my travels that no other website has. I have often recommended your website to colleagues and friends alike, and I will continue to do so.    We were very happy with the TCG booking service. We found it easy to use, and oh surprise, when we arrived in Xi'an, our reservation was on record and our room waiting for us. This is not always the case in China. So, excellent reservation service!
