Opened in 2006 and renovated in 2009, 365 Inn (Qianmen), Beijing is located in the centre of Beijing and enjoys convenient transportation. It is only 10 minuets’ walk to Tian’an Men Square as well as 50 minuets’ drive to Beijing Int’l Airport. There are totally 80 nice rooms available in the hotel. Once the staff found out I speak fluent Chinese anyone having any kind of communications trouble was filtered through me even though I was, perhaps, doing something else (surfing the internet, eating, etc...).
Furthermore, when it came time to check out, they gave us a song and dance about a stained sheet the cost of which they wanted to take out of our key deposit. If we'd actually stained the sheet the price would have been unreasonable. Since the stains (plural) were clearly ones that had gone through the wash more than once it was ridiculous. Furthermore, there were no written rules anywhere with regards to the cost of damages to items in the room and they didn't feel the need to explain themselves with anything other than "it's our policy" when asked about the rules.
I had to call the police to get my deposit back.

Overall it's a good student hostel. We stayed in the dorm with common WC, still didn't feel uncomfortable, hence it’s clean and not crowded. Staff is good. Enjoyed their meal. Not suitable for people who go for a trip and hatch inside the room all the time (some do it!!!).homely. Places around it give a good idea about real Beijing, the hutongs and important sight seeings. Heavily budget friendly! can recommend!

Loved this hotel! Spent 4 nights there - went to Xian - came back. It was like coming home. We had twin room with bathroom on 3rd floor. Quiet, spacious enough. We don't spend much time in room, so don't need it too flash, just basic. Fantastic location, close to subway & lots of attractions. Great, cheap food. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend it.

1. Our staying experience 365 Inn was perfect! That was for us the first time to stay in hostel. It was everything superb. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and good English speaking. They gave us information about Peking, they helped us to get tickets, and they played with our 8 year old sun. Location is also ok as well surroundings. The food and the prices are also good. The atmosphere was very good. I think the 365 Inn should be example for the others.
2. Our wish is that someday will most countries on the world will have a Booking center like TCG. You are fast, professional, friendly.... the best!

Overall, 365 Inn Qianmen is okay to stay as it is near to street shopping, restaurant and tourist spots like Tianamen Square, Forbidden City, etc.
Further improvement should be made to the facility and to offer more variety like gym, sauna, pool, etc. Bed mattress must be softer, room should be distance away from the common comfort room so guest fell more comfortable. Pest control must be done at regular service as I heard rats running at the ceiling.
Surroundings is not so good as it is located inside.
