Yes I stayed at hotel during 22nd Nov to 25 Nov 2011. Staff was not sufficient at reception counter. English is very poor of the staff. Service is very poor.

I recently stayed in this hotel found one member of staff very helpful good English made several phone calls for me and booked taxis etc if required .but on the downside found most of the food in breakfast cold room could have been more presentable ie dirty carpet cupboards in bathroom very marked, no facilities in the hotel at all accept free wifi too far from main shanghai center would like the member of staff who helped me to email me if possible also just across the road the tete to tete was very good for food of all types

Our hotel experience was good and the facilities were in order. The rooms and bed were also kept clean. I highly recommend this hotel to those who would stay a few days in Shanghai. The location is a bit far of the center of the city (about 15mins away)but surroundings offers two shopping centers and restaurants. Considering the hotel room rates, it is a good deal.
