Booking experience through TCG Booking Center: We were very surprised about the correctness and excellent service, at the hotel receptions we were announced and got a good service. Traveling in China with your bookings, there are no problem at all, and even more efficient although in Europe. For us you earn 5 stars.

The hotel is recommendable. The standards are high compared with what you pay. My room was large enough for me (twin room) and very clean, quiet. There are non-smoking floors compared to non-smoking rooms which makes it better for those with allergies. But my only complaint is the lobby and cafe area is smoking.

Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to check in earlier than the stated time and they also gave me a late checkout. The business centre staff were not sure about booking trips for non Chinese but they did an ok job.

The hotel itself is a good 15 -20 minute walk from the Bell Tower. There are shops around the hotel, but you need to walk towards the Bell Tower for a better selection. Taxis have problems finding the place so you will need the hotel's phone number and address in Chinese if you want to use taxis. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

TCG booking service was done quickly and all the information was given. I would recommend this group if you want to use a booking agency.

It was the best hotel we stayed at on our China trip. It's a real International Hotel, very clean, very helpful desk service, good room service. The booking by TCG was uncomplicated, they promised what we got.

You can walk to the Great Mosque and the nearby pedestrian-only shopping street from this hotel. We had a suite which was spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.
