The Hotel location is superbs, it is only step away from the subway. Taxi was easy to get in front of the hotel. Dept store and foods were surround us so nothing to worry. We stayed at sept 2008, Deluxe rooms, but I found out that there was No English channel on their TV. Please be careful with the noise of the construction beside of the hotel, although the hotel puts double layer glass on their windows we still can hear some little noise. Overall I must say Good for the Hotel. They should need add English speaking staff on the reception. The breakfast was quite good they do have some western food on their menu. I will be staying on this hotel again in the future. Thank you TCG for your assistant.

Very satisfied with the location; taxi just at doorstep, metro station, airport bus shuttle & tourist information counter just walking distance away from hotel. Room is clean but bathroom too small. Fortunately there was an english speaking staff at the reception on the 1st & 3rd day of my stay there, the others could hardly speak english. Overall rating:good. Will stay there again next time. FYI, staff at tourist information centre could only speak little english, so she was quite rude when i couldnt understand her. So i walked off without getting any help from her.

The room is clean & neat. But the service staff at the reception are not helpful & unprofessional.
