Good hotel. Staff service paying attention to customers. Breakfast is disappointing for this kind of hotel. TCG Booking Center offers good service and quick answers to my mails. Thanks.

This is my first time making personal holidays to China and made hotel booking through TCG. I am very happy with the service. The response is fast and thoughtful. The hotel details are provided in both English and Chinese after the comfirmation. It is extremely important to know the name and address in Chinese when talking to the local. The city guide information is really helpful to me to plan the trip itinerary. Thank you very much.

Both my husband and I went Suzhou after Hangzhou trip. We stayed in Bamboo Grove in Suzhou. The location is not near downtown, need to get taxi to some places of interest and downtown. We are pleased with concierge service. Eventhough it was a last minute request to solicit help from them to go for a one-day tour at Tongli old town, the staffs are helpful to suggest alternatives for us to join a local tour who is not operated by the hotel. This is much cheaper. The staffs could have suggested the standard hotel travel tour rate and had us to check back with them the following morning (we were at the concierge relatively late at night).

There is a foreign live band singing English songs at the cafe lounge near the entrance. The ambience felt relaxed during the evening. Also the patrons who were in the cafe were scarce (mostly foreigners as well).

The room facility is clean but relatively smaller than we expected though we got free upgrading from a standard to a deluxe room. All standard rooms are full during our check in.

I have and will continue to stay at this very friendly and pleasant hotel in Suzhou. My international collagues also stay here and we are made very welcome at all times. Next visit will be next week and Suzhou and the Bamboo Grove Hotel will be my base for a two week trip.
