I am very happy with TCG service. It was very smooth and efficient. The hotel was also very nice and i would stay their again. The food, service, gym, location, and friendly staff were all to my liking. The service have been quick and correct. 2.Our stay with Bamboo Hotel in Suzhou turned out to be very nice indeed. However, we had reserved 2 Standard rooms and when we arrived it was 2 rooms, a little tired looking, with no connecting door. We pointed out to the hotel staff that it would be difficult for us to stay in 2 seperate rooms with no connecting door as we have 3 small children. Then my husband saw a brochure on the counter at the reception desk, of the various rooms and suites the hotel had to offer. The hotel had a 2 bedroom suite, newly decorated at the top floor for only approx 250 more per night than what we were to pay for the 2 Standard Rooms. After having been able to view the suite we immediately decided to stay in the suite. However, we were a little dissapointed in the lack of interest from the hotel staff to solve our initial problem of wanting to be able to be together as a family and not having to live in 2 seperate rooms. One would assume that it would be in the interest of the hotel to sell us the suite instead and receive more money. However, it all ended nicely and we vere very happy with our too short stay. All staff treated us nicely and were very helpful, for example in arranging our transportaion to Shanghai, the surroundings were beautiful and well kept, the breakfast was very good, the pool was warm and nice, the changing rooms of the pool could use a redecoration though. And not the least, all taxi drivers knew exactly were the hotel was. There was never a problem to go "home". We will definitely like to stay at the Bamboo Grove Hotel again if we ever come back to Suzhou. Guest Name : Mrs. Wogén Nationality : Swedish
