The hotel is a bit old and the sea view room that I paid for did not offer very nice view..however, I like its location as that it is near the big public park which is a good place to take a morning stroll when the air is very fresh and cooling, and it is near a big shopping mall (15 min walk). The Korean restaurant in the hotel serve quite good food at reasonable price.
As for the TCG service, good...easy to use...I will use the service again.

I was quite satisfied with your booking center. Your staffs were always professional and helpful. I booked the hotel and E-ticket through you, which was convenient and easy to go. Everything was unexpected fine.
Baohua Harbour View Hotel is well located. My Sea-view Room was excellent. Welcome fruit basket was very nice and plentiful. Cafe on the 28th floor is also great. The staffs in the hotel are helpful and friendly, though their limited english which was the same throughout Haikou. They could do more work on upgrading access to facilities (like massage and beauty centre) and communication. I will definitely recommend both your booking center and hotel to any one.
