Hotel Service: good.
Location: near to the Bund, Nanjing Road and People's Square. The facilities of the hotel did match with our expectations. The staff was correct, but not outstanding. For tourists, the service/recommendations at the front desk in the lobby of the hotel was not satisfactory. Just for example, we were charged for a city map.
In generall I would recommend this hotel!
This is in a great location, very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road shopping and at a very favorable price. I would definitely recommend for business or leisure travel.
