The location is convenient, the food is good, the employees are friendly, the room rate is reasonable, and most of all it provides excellent transportation service between airport and hotel. I will book a room in the same hotel before the end of this month when visiting suppliers in Tianjin / Beijing area.

TCG offers professional service for hotel booking in China. Personnel of TCG are well trained and very polite to customers. They can even give helpful advices when customers need more information regarding the surrounding areas of the hotels and near-by places.

I will rebook the hotels in Shanghai and Peking within this month.

Our stay at the Beijing Airport garden hotel was disastrous, we booked the hotel as it is close to the airport and we had to stay overnight for the flight transfer. When we arrived to the airport, we contacted them about the airport shuttle to the hotel, so they answered we had to go to the lot 5 at the airport parking. 20 mins later at this lot and no sign of the hotel shuttle. Airport staff suggested we should take a taxi. As far as I know, to travel by taxi from airport to Beijing centre costs around 80-90 yuan, so expected to pay 30-40 rmb at most. However the taxi driver started shouting at us in Chinese and tried to reap us off for 100 yuan, so we asked the hotel staff to assist in sorting out this taxi driver, but they just ignored. We paid the taxi only 45 yuan, and said we are not going to pay more, and he left.
As far as I got from the receptionist, they sent us the shuttle. Meanwhile, she contacted him and he said there was no one at the airport parking. So if you have to stay at this hotel, you better wait 35-40 mins for this shuttle rather than going there by taxi.

Secondly, although we arrived to china in April, so it's pretty hot here, at this hotel we almost froze to death, it's like being in a refrigerator, there's no heating in the hotel whatsoever. So if you don't want to catch a cold or freeze to death, I suggest you stay at another hotel with the heating option."

Firstly, I would really like to thank you for all the hotel bookings and flight bookings you have made for us. Taking into account the short notice everything was done, I would rate your services as 9/10. Since the payment for the flight was a little hectic but only because it was on the weekend, but in my opinion credit card payment is more convenient.

Secondly, thank you so much for keeping us rooms for the late check-in. Also, we had to change our flight dates, which TCG helped us and suggested we change the flight details at the airport which was more convenient for us.

All in all, we were very pleased with your services. All the best of luck in your work.
