The hotel room was one of the best I had on my trip in China: spacious, clean and a lot of facilities. I think especially to have the shower cabin at the same level as the floor (so people don't have to take any step) is a very good idea and makes it very easy especailly for elder or disabled people. It doesn't apply to me, but nevertheless I think it is a very good idea in general.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast delicious. On the downside I can mention just the fact that staff couldn't speak English well, so it was sometimes hadr to communicate. I expected a bit more English knowledge here, given the fact that the hotel appears on an international website. However, again, because everybody was extremely helpful, I could overcome the communication problems !
Another very small thing: I arrived late, but still on time for breakfast, but the food was almost entirely empty. The staff couldn't even give me a cup to help myself with orange juice...
Also I had extreme trouble with my room key - the new automatic door opener never worked, so I always had to call someone to open the room to me.

But again these are only small things to critizize, all in all it was a good stay.

As the hotel name, the hotel is very close to the Beijing railway station. However, the room was a bit noisy since it faced the railway station. Hot water in the room seemed to be unavailable or not very hot. Staffs tried to be helpful, but language was really a problem. They could not understand our request exactly. Maybe I will stay here again only for it’s good location.
