The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast delicious. On the downside I can mention just the fact that staff couldn't speak English well, so it was sometimes hadr to communicate. I expected a bit more English knowledge here, given the fact that the hotel appears on an international website. However, again, because everybody was extremely helpful, I could overcome the communication problems !
Another very small thing: I arrived late, but still on time for breakfast, but the food was almost entirely empty. The staff couldn't even give me a cup to help myself with orange juice...
Also I had extreme trouble with my room key - the new automatic door opener never worked, so I always had to call someone to open the room to me.
But again these are only small things to critizize, all in all it was a good stay.
