I booked a standard room at Bell Tower Hotel. The hotel is in a great location and overall is good value. A friend stayed in a deluxe room which was much bigger and had a fantastic view of the Bell Tower. Booking through TravelChinaGuide.com was easy and the website was helpful. I also booked a tour to Terracotta Soldiers at the hotel which I highly recommend - price is RMB300 which includes several sites plus lunch and only 2 shopping stops. Good value unless you get lured into buying at much higher prices. Airport shuttle stops are near the hotel.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel was clean and in a fantastic location. They were able to grant our request of a Bell Tower view. The room was non smoking but it still smelt slightly of smoke.

The booking process was very smooth and everything went according to plan.

We stayed in the Bell Tower for 2 nights mid March. The hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of town. Breakfast was very good, we did not venture to more than that. The room was good, clean with generally good service. I can recommend this hotel for a short stay and would most certainly use it again.
