I have just spent one night in this hotel and would never stay here again. Beds were stone hard, room was freezing as no heating was available. Carpets and bathroom grimy, not that I could use the shower as there was no hot water in the morning. I quite literally could not get out of there fast enough. Best Western really needs to monitor more closely there indepently owned hotels, this one experience is enough to cross Best Western off my list of preferred hotels. The staff was very helpful although they understand very little english. Luckily, there was a Filipino security guard who gave us great sightseeing tips. Breakfast was buffet western and chinese and we loved it. Didn't know there was free shuttle service. We like this hotel a lot, we're again booked this December. We are not able to understand the operator regarding the free shuttle bus, thus, we are not able to avail it. However, there is a bus station in front of the hotel, thus, riding a bus and strolling around macau are not a hassle. The western breakfast is great. Its rooms are spacious and the bed is great to sleep on. However, there is no much to watch over a television. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel staff also provides efficient service to all the guests. Hotel breakfast is standard western Breakfast and very fresh, the Chinese breakfast is also very good. the hotel is vary beautiful and modern. in addition the hotel is just located at the heart of Taipa Island.
