1. We were upgraded to Business suite with no additional cost. We found it's a little too remote from public transport since it's not located along main streets leading to the West Lake. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was helpful to arrange taxi for us. 2. That was the 2nd time making hotel arrangement via TCG since they were prompt in their replies and provided us with valuable information on our request. Guest Name : Ms. Felicia Cheah Poo Lin Nationality : Malaysia Updated : 2008-4-16 Very nice and modern hotel.The staff is very friendly.BUt the best of all was actually the dealing with TCG Staff,They are very efficient and helpful.Kudos to them.Is just that I have a problem with the language,as very difficult to find people in Hangzhou can speak English.
