Yes I am very satisfied with job the booking center did for me! Since my first choice of hotel was full you suggested another similar hotel - which was very nice. So I would really be using your services for another trip to China and also recommend it to friends/collegues. The one thing I found very assuring was that there are persons behind the computer not just an automatic booking programme.
About the hotel: I wanted to stay at a Chinese hotel - like the ones I stayed at when I travelled China 17 years ago. And I felt when I walk into Broadway Mansion that it was the right kind of hotel. So I was very please with the hotel and the service of the staff. I would for sure stay there again if I go back to Shanghai!
I also think the location is exellent by the water and the Bund.
As for Broadway mansion, I am unstatisfied. My booking was for river view, nstead, ended up with no view. Room was small, hotel does not have a proper place for clients to alight and boarding.
Both the Broadway Mansions hotel in Shanghai and the Central Hotel in Nanjing provided us with excellant service and location.
