Cactus Resort Sanya by Gloria is located in Yalong Bay National Resort Area, backing against the green mountains and facing the endless Yalong Bay Beach. It contrasts finely with the coconut palms, showing beautiful scenery. Designed with the unique Mexico architectural style, the hotel is themed with the Indian, the Li and Miao nationalities cultures. The hotel covers an area of 64,000 square meters and the construction area is 37,000 square meters. It has various well-designed rooms and suites, and you can enjoy the green tropical mountains garden view, pools with flowing streams and the magnificent seascape, which offer you distinctive taste of subtropical areas. The hotel is also furnished with restaurant, cafe, large banquet hall, different types of meeting rooms and fitness & entertainment facilities. The hotel was opened in 1998 and renovated in May, 2005. It is 5-storey high and boasts 600 rooms and suites.

We booked the Superior Mountain View Room (3 days/2 nights) Family Getaway Package. For the package, the hotel offered us the free airport pick-up and see-off. And free extra bed & breakfast are also offered for our little kid. These saved much money for me. Besides, they also offered free storage battery car between the hotel and the beach, which only took 5 min to get there. All the hotel staff was very friendly though there’s much space to improve their English. We did enjoy our holiday in Sanya and the hotel valued the money we paid for it.

I’d like to rate TCG service 10 out of 10. All the questions were replied promptly. Always patient, professional. Will definitely use your service again in future.

The location is good, the beach is clean and not crowded, huge swimming pool which is very good for children. Actually this hotel is good for family vacation but not for young couples who are looking for night life. The breakfast was ok, the staff and service were good.

Dinner and supper in the hotel not worth the money they charge and it is better to eat outside the hotel in the area of crown plaza which is about 15 minutes by walk or 5 yuan by taxi. We stayed in hotel for 10 days and had great time.

The hotel is wonderfully decorated. The breakfast spread was good. Beach is clean. Had a great time.
The hotel's staff was polite and well behaved. The dinner buffet could be better.
