Camellia Hotel was very adequate. Room was clean, hotel staff were helpful. I would certainly stay there again. The service in the travel agency in the hotel was a bit indifferent, however. The male agent I and my friends twice dealt with seemed rather bored...quite different from the usual friendly service I receive from professional agencies in China. I appreciated the TCG booking service. My reservation request was handled within a few hours, which I appreciated, since I was traveling the next day. I would use the booking service again. Nice rooms, great breakfast in a very nice room. Very quick and good service with arranging our trip to the Stone forrest. Nice surroundings with banks and restaurants just around the corner. Compared with the price it was probably the best hotel stay we had in China (out of 5 different hotels)! Conveniant booking via internet. Regarding about the Camellia hotel is 90% good, and one thing needed to correct is; There are no air conditioner in the rooms. So, a little hot.They should installed the air conditioners. Another thing is the breakfast. When I stayed 3 days, the breakfast is similar in 3 days.Actually, they should change 2 or 3 items of dishes.When 3 rd day, I was very boring to have breakfast.Apart from that, others are very good. best regards, Mr. Kyaw HLaing Win.
