Thank you for giving me this chance to relate my thoughts, experiences and comments on the above mentioned hotel...
I had to leave a deposit with my credit card ok, I can understand this. But at 21.00 on my 3rd night I was called to say that I needed to go to reception and pay more. I explained that I was checking out that following morning and I would not be coming to reception to pay anymore deposit. Then a duty manager called. I told him the same thing. We agreed to leave the matter.
The hotel shows some fantastic modern rooms in its information...Sadly, there is another side to this, the room I was in was tired and old. it was clean but not anything like the rooms shown in the pictures. I was a little disappointed.
Service and staff were... as hotel staff are; friendly and professional.
Location. I guess it was ok. Not too far from the beach and not too far either from local shops.

I hope that I have given you an insight into my stay...It was an experience...not good and not too bad either. With what I have experienced against what I had expected, maybe next time I will choose a different hotel.

They should have:
1. Free drinking water
2. Indian food in restaurant
3. Indian and English T.V. channel on T.V. network
4. They must have staff who understand better English. Only assistant manager is able to speak and understand English there.
5. Must have a plastic bucket and a plastic mug in bathroom for water.
We hope you provide these facilities next time.
