The Prince Hotel, Xian was and excellent hotel and they even upgraded me to a suite for the same rate as my single room which i was very happy about! I would have liked to stay longer to take in more of the sights but only had a few days!
I recommend this hotel and the staff were courteous and spoke English well enough for me to communicate with them!

Hotel Prince was by far the best hotel we had in China. Very friendly and courteous staff and some spoke english. There was always someone to help us. The room was good and service perfect. Thaks TCG for recommending it to us.

This is the second time I have used your service and for the second time I am pleased with the results. The few problems we had were not the fault of TCG Booking Centre. However there is one matter on which you may be able to supply helpful feedback to the Hotel.
Two of the reception staff at the Prince Hotel in Xian were trainees and wore trainee badges not name badges. On several occasions they made rude personal comments to each other in Chinese about myself and my Wife. Some years ago we lived in China for several years and we understand Chinese. The two trainee reception staff did not know this. This was not a one off event. It happened several times over 3 days, including a rude gesture on one occasion.
As China becomes more accessible to the rest of the world, more and more foreigners will be speaking or understanding Chinese and workers in service industries like hotels will not be able to hide behind their language. The management of the Prince Hotel need to understand this and train and instruct their reception staff to behave correctly.
On the positive side, the Doormen at the Prince Hotel were very very helpful and also polite.

Me and my wife came back yesterday to Sweden from a fantastic journey in China. We spent a couple of wonderful days in Xian. We enjoyed the stay at your hotel very much - good accommodation and a friendly and kind staff, excellent breakfasts. The location in the center of Xian was perfect. We can certainly reccomend your hotel to our friends!

We are always very happy with the TCG Booking Center. Our stay at the Prince International Hotel in Xi'an was outstanding. The facilities and service are great, and the location (just down the street from the Bell and Drum towers)is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The Prince Hotel in Xian was an excellent hotel. Everybody was very nice and especially at the reception (Mr Alex and Ms Phoenix were really nice). And also the bellboy. The hotel is really "First Class". We will recommend this hotel and we will probably be back next year.

The hotel was good for the money paid. The only problem was that most of the staff in the front desk were not able to speak English. They couldn't give me information about the city and city tours.

I am back today to work. Many thanks for the service and help you provided. My stay in China was fantastic. I enjoyed very much. The magnificient Hotel and Plaza in shanghai is perfect. The rooms are spacious, the service was absolutely brilliant. I enjoyed very much. It is near to the old city and I really liked the surroundings and the shoping centers nearby. I will definitely recommend my friends to have a go in Shanghai, Xian and Bejing was also perfect but a slight communication problem with staff (Reciption). Apart that the rooms are state of art especially in Xian. I am absolutly thrilled visting China and will defietly repeat once again. I will see you again in two years time. Wonderful service. Be proud. You are great!!!

Firstly the Prince International. "First Class" just about says it all. From the reception, management, bellhops to the cleaners they were all fantastic. This Hotel was great value for money. The room was fabulous!!They arranged a driver to take us to the Terracotta Warrior Museum, he and a lovely young lady guide proceeded to spend the next seven hours touring with us, taking us to a nice little restaurant for lunch in between. The price was a great bargain!! The restaurant in the Hotel had great food, and all the staff there, especially Miss Wang Fang(Tina) and Miss Zhang Yu,were excellent. I cannot praise this Hotel more highly. I must praise Mrs Yao Li of the Tourist Information Center Xi'an(Tel 83025762) and her driver for making my trip to Xi'an so memorable.
