My friends and I are planning on arriving in Xi'an by train(from Beijing) at 8 am. Assuming we arrive at the Skytel hotel around 8:30 am, is it possible for us to check in to our rooms early? If not, could we store our luggage at the hotel until check-in time?
As American students studying in Beijing, we're just beginning to study Mandarin. We're all native English speakers. Does the Skytel hotel have any English speaking staff to answer any questions we might have? Or to make restaurant/shopping recommendations?
Also, what is the Boutique Room like?

You can ask for free early check in with the staff. If there are vacant rooms, staff may help you. If not, you can keep your luggage at the reception and wait at the lobby until check-in time. Yes, the hotel staff can speak English.

Either one queen bed or twin beds are equipped in the Executive Room. You could write your requests for the bed types in the ‘remark’ column when you filling in the booking form.
