FYI this is the first time we used your service and I find this service very reliable.
1) Huang Jia Hotel, ChongJing - location might be a bit inconvenient from the shopping sites but we like the hotel ambiance. The hotel staff - particularly the floor managers from the morning and evening shifts are very tactful and helpful. They have helped us iron out some minor nitty gritty attitude with the check in staff.

The bell boys/concierge who are multitasks, are very sincere in their service, their smiles make us feel very at ease.

2) Another point we wish to make is that we felt this hotel has appreciated our decision to rebook our return trip some 10 days later on the 21st. To our surprise, they have upgraded our booking at the same rate. Based on our past experiences, none of the hotels in China would be so generous. Besides, that day the 22 July was a busy day with the solar eclipse sighting, it was a very very pleasant surprise
for us.

And the domestic cruise is no way to keep up even half the standards. We had used the International Cruise for the Sanxia trip before the new dam, so we thought we could have a taste of the domestic but towards the higher end. Booking through the local (CN) Tavel Agent is not promising indeed and we have learnt our lesson.

Well, in conclusion we definitely will use your service again when we visit China again. God bless and take care!

Concerning my trip in China and my booking of the hotel Huang Jia at Chongqing, I can say as follows:

1. The price is cheap
2. The hotel is old fashion, like in the 70th
3. The location is in the centre of the city, which is very convenient for the work and the visits of Yangzi
4. The staff service is very young as in all China, but good quality
5. I really appreciate the laundry, with a high quality
6. The restaurant is good with Chine food
