I had intended to use my Capital One Visa for my 4 night stay at Chuyuan Hotel. When I got to check-in, the desk clerk informed me that they only take a few selected Chinese Visa cards at the present time. So, my only option was to pay them cash for my stay. I had not planned on paying cash at such a large and prominent hotel. I had to stay for two nights, because Air China was delivering my lost bag to the Chuyuan on Monday (15th) or no later than Tuesday (16th). This is the only address I had to give at the time that my bag did not turn up. If I had had my luggage during check-in at Chuyuan, I would not have stayed there at all. I was not dissatisfied with the room... for it was a remarkable and very clean suite. I was quite happy with it, and their service is very good there too.
I filled out a rating report before leaving Chuyuan, and gave them a very good rating. In "remarks" area, I suggested that they get with it... and take Visa/MasterCard routinely. They would get much more business if they did.... for their rooms, food, and service are great!! I ended up moving over to the Best Western Mayflower Wuhan... and stayed there for 7 more nights. In fact, I just got home to Boston earlier tonight.
China is such a wonderful place. People are so friendly there, and so proud of the service they provide in their respective jobs. I made many friends while there... and I am sure to go back soon. When I make more plans, I will certainly use your services again. You have been so great!!

As for the hotel, it is located in the Donghu Lake Scenic Area, thus the guest in the hotel can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Donghu Lake, and just one problem is that there were always many persons, old and young. In addition, the food is very abundant and delicious around Wuhan University, also it is not expensive. I walked into Wuhan University for two times, it is a very beautiful college, and the students always come to talk with me. I had a good time at this city. The hotel staff was helpful; they told me the right directions very time I walked out the hotel. The room in the hotel was very clean, but it was not a non-smoking room.
Anyway, I was very satisfied with my trip in Wuhan; I would like to recommend TCG booking service and also Chuyuan Hotel for my friends.
