The TCG booking service worked smoothly and well in every respect.

The CITIC Ningbo Hotel was very nice, with a great view and friendly, cooperative staff, both in the hotel itself and in the dining room. I enjoyed my visit there very much and would be happy to have a chance to return soon.

But the booking service and the hotel were greatly overshadowed by the beauty of the city of Ningbo itself. I was shocked by how much it had changed in the dozen or so years since I had been there.

We found the service at the Ningbo International to be a very high standard. In fact the level of service was the highest of the 4 hotels that we stayed in during our time in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

I stayed 3 nights for a business trip and found the hotel excellent. It's modern, clean, had a good view from the River view rooms and the rooms were a good size with all the necessary features and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Transport was not a concern for me so I don't know if it is well serviced in that regard, but shops and restaurants are nearby. I'll certainly recommend the CITIC Ningbo International Hotel for visitors to Ningbo.

I was a little skeptical at first having not used TCG before but this experience has left me satisfied to use again. My booking was promptly confirmed and the hotel had all my details so book in were a pleasant experience. I've already passed TCG details to some friends as they are going to China and your site has plenty of very useful information not just a booking service.

This is an old 5-star hotel. I get a room facing the river. It costs me more, but l like the nice view. The facilities in the room are dated. They have the usual 5 star amenities in the bathroom. However, the room is not spacious, and I have to close the door to get into the shower.

Hotel staffs are very helpful and kindly. The bell boy will be happy to help you to wave down a taxi or show you direction if you need.

Hotel location is great. It's easy for the transportation.
