Yes, I was very satisfied with your booking service, efficient, easy and reliable. I would like to recommend TCG booking service to all my friends and will definitely use your service again. Thank you for your help. The hotel is good, location is just ok, but room service is good, very clean and comfortable room, and the facilities work well. The hotel staffs are courteous and helpful, the reception staff was very very busy in that afternoon I arrived in the hotel. I think the hotel should employ more front desk staff during the traveling peak season. In all, I had a very happy experience in this hotel.

Hotel is a little far from the city center and there is no shopping area and restaurant nearby. The location is devious, so it? not very convenient for me. Front desk staff could speak a little English, but helpful and smile. However, due to the language barrier, it wastes me a long time for check-out. In addition, room was clean and internet access was available in the room.
