Cixi International Hotel is located in the Xingxiang Road, downtown and adjoining the new city government building, Broadcast Center and Sports Center. As the largest hotel of Cixi, it covers an area of about 17342 square meters and the construction area is about 28000 square meters. The hotel is good, location is just ok, but room service is good, very clean and comfortable room, and the facilities work well. The hotel staffs are courteous and helpful, the reception staff was very very busy in that afternoon I arrived in the hotel. I think the hotel should employ more front desk staff during the traveling peak season. In all, I had a very happy experience in this hotel.

Hotel is a little far from the city center and there is no shopping area and restaurant nearby. The location is devious, so it is not very convenient for me. Front desk staff could speak a little English, but helpful and smile. However, due to the language barrier, it wastes me a long time for check-out. In addition, room was clean and internet access was available in the room.
