1. My stay at the hotel was good. The location of the Hotel was excellent. It was very near to all major attractions. However, some of the guests were noisy. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful.

2. My booking experience with TCG was excellent. There were no problems checking in. Service was very prompt at TCG.

I back from shanghai and your hotel booking was very helpful. Especially on the way, as police asked me if I booked a hotel, so with your booking print I could to prove it. It is very lucky as I was going just find a hotel on the way.

The hotel was ok, just the bed sheets was not good, but location was good.

Booking was very good, however the hotel was poor. Not for the western tourist. Staff where rude, too far out of the centre, average rooms. No internet conection.
Would not stay again. better to spend a little more on a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Just a 10-15 minute walk to Peoples Square. The hotel is not in the best of areas but it was safe. I would stay there again. Staff was nice and helpful. Vey clean room and bathroom.

We were very unhappy with the service at the Shanghai Piaoying Hotel. They have Internet connections in each room, and it was urgent for us to have Internet because our Embassy had sent us an email with a list of doctors in Shanghai (my daughter was ill). They tried a number of rooms and none of them had the Internet working, but it was working from the reception office. They tried to say that the problem was with my computer, but I showed them that my computer connected to the Internet in their reception area, but didn't connect in the rooms. The problem was therefore not with my computer. We had to leave the hotel without being able to get the email, which left me very upset. I told the manager that we would not come back and that they should cancel our reservation. I don't think that they try very hard to fix problems.

I am very satisfied with the service of TCG Booking centre. The Shanghai Piaoying Hotel was very satisfactory. It was a great location with a view along the Bund. The service was adequate and the facility was generally well upkept. Kind regards, Kirsty Allison

Your booking and confirming service was satisfactory. But there were also some communication problems with staffs at the hotel reception.
