staying at this hotel was a very pleasant & friendly experience both my wife & I were really happy at the way we were treated by the staff as we are just very ordinary simple people who can readily appreciate warmth & kindness and we did experience just that... we stayed there as guests of Mr & Mrs WU as recently as this JANUARY 2008 on 2 occasions.. and also your city is a very impressive & beautiful city... we loved it and it was our very first China experience...thank you

I stayed in this hotel for two times. I was very satisfied with my staying in the hotel. Good location, Convenient transportation, clean and comfortable room, I enjoyed all these. One point is the hotel reception staff looked very tired and impatient when I secondly checked into the hotel; maybe it was too busy on that day. Anyway, Bamboo Garden Hotel is a very good accommodation in Shenzhen; I would like to stay in this hotel again for my next trip in Shenzhen.

Donghu Park and famous dongmen walking street was around by this hotel. And it’s convenient to take a walking, go shopping and eating.. Transportation was also easy. However, the furniture and facilities in the room was a little old?although it’s clean. Hotel staff was ok. I may consider to stay here again.
