This is the third hotel I booked through Travel
China Guide(TCG), the service provided by them is really highly reliable and professional. I will definitely confidently recommend TCG to anyone if plan to go to China.

Regarding to Days Inn, the room is spacious, clean, and comfort. The location is just very near to Dong-men pedestrian commercial area,and one minute walking distance to metro subway. The taxi fare to the airport is around RMB120.

I had a very pleasant experience with your service and the hotel. Days Inn Hotel Shenzhen is a clean and very nice small hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable especially the beddings. Even though it is in the middle of the bustling street, it was amazingly quiet in the room. The location is excellent. It's near to the subway and the shopping center. The staff are very nice and accommodating even though they hardly understand English. When I return to Shenzhen next time I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

For your service, I would highly recommend you to my friends and for sure I will use your service again. What I love the most is that I don't have to pay for the bookings in advance and that even with my short notice of changing my travel plan you still can accommodate it. This is very important because sometimes when one is traveling it is hard to plan exact date. Another thing that I love is that when I travel I do not have the access to the internet but I still can call you for your service. I think this makes your service far better and different than other company that can be accessed thru the internet only. Please keep up such practice. Everybody that I had contacted with at your call center is very polite, speak and understand English very well and very accommodating. I would definitely use your service again.

Days Inn, Shenzhen at good location, friendly staffs, walking distance to many food outlets and bargain shopping. They even organized free-of-charge 31 Dec 08 count down parties for all resident guest. I will surely stay there again when next holiday in Shenzhen.

The location of Days Inn, Shen Zhen was great and easily accessible to shopping area, staff service is fine but not fantastic. This hotel is good for a night stay where you would have a one day shopping spree and leave the very next day. The rooms are not very clean, carpet is dirty and the lights in the rooms are very dim, kind of spooky. I feel that it is rather costly and you are actually paying for the location instead.

TCG booking center has always lived up to my expectation, regardless of how last minute I transact the bookings. They are efficient and their service is excellent. Every time I travel to China, TCG will be my ONLY CHOICE!

TCG, you have done a very good job, keep it up!

Days Inn Shenzhen is very idealy located next to Dongmen pedestrian commercial area. Very convenient for shopping. Restaurants and fast foods are few steps from the hotel. MTR is very near the hotel, two stations away is Lowo Station, if you are going to Hong Kong. We will stay in this hotel in our next trip to Shenzhen. TCG is very efficient in handling our booking, we will use its service next time.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. But I was just disappointed by the bed sheets where I found some blood stains. I've told the reception and they immediately changed the sheets.

Dear Sir,

Booking through TCG was very good, we really appreciate your services.

Stay at Days Inn, ShenZhen was good but the problem is language. We had used the services of Bell Boy Mr. Aaron who was better the Front office Staff of the Hotel.

The Taxi's are expensive to go from Airport to Hotel, comparing the return from Hotel to Airport.

Overall the problem is language and if this is improved you can expect more visitors

The hotel enjoys easy transportation and good location. Many shopping centers are around the hotel, and the metro stations are nearby. Highly recommended.

In addition, the hotel room is very clean and well decorated with reasonable room rate. TCG booking service is also very easy and efficient. The hotel reception staff found my reservation easily. I would like to recommend TCG booking service to all. Thank you for your excellent service.
