I visited 5 times in Shenzhen and I perffred only this hotel, the hotel staff are very coopratine nature, my friends are every time use different hotel but I like this hotel only.

The hotel looks a bit old, doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel. The room carpet is dirty with dark spot & with moldy smell. Transportation is quite convenience. Easily can get a bus or taxi outside the hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel staffs - very friendly & really helpful.

I am very please with the TCG booking service. I found the web page is quite user friendly as it easy to use & get the hotel room. What I like the most is that I only need to pay upon reaching the hotel. When I arrived, my reservation was on record and the room is waiting for me.

The cleanliness of the hotel is average. The carpet is dirty & the room is with mouldy smell. The furniture in the room also quite old.
Transportation is quite convenience as easily get a taxi or bus outside the hotel.
However, I am very satisfy with the hotel staffs. They are really friendly, courteous & helpful.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly & accommodating. I took the ferry from Hong Kong Airport & found this hotel was really far from the arrival port. Also far from Shenzen Airport.
