Every thing is nice in the hotel but a lady who was setting opposite the cash counter and she told me that she is a manegeris not nice lady she treat me like a beggar that i do not like. Rest is nice.

This hotel is located very close to the train station and Luohu Pass. And there are many shops and restaurants around it, so it's very convenient for you to go shopping and dining.
The service is excellent, when I complained the room I originally booked, the hotel staff changed another better one for me immediately. Room size is big enough though the lobby is small and dim, but it is clean. The corridor is odorous. In the mass, the decoration of the hotel is old, I'm OK with it just due to the low room rate. (2) The hotel is a ideal accommodation in Shenzhen. I stayed in this hotel for three times for my business. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel, comfortable room, clean bed-sheet, carpet and curtain, spacious bathroom, well-worked air-conditioner, all of these are what you could expected in a four star hotel. The room rate is reasonable. Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't recommend the Golden Lustre Hotel for families as it was full of very welcoming ladies. The location was very average unless you were after nightclubs for men.

1. I was very satisfied with my hotel booking in Shenzhen. Everything runs smoothly and without problems. 2. Perfect location from Queens Spa where we spent the evening.
We booked the deluxe rooms and a friend of mine booked standard rooms and she wasn't really satisfied with the standard of the rooms. But for me I think the deluxe rooms were good and what I expected.
I will definitely use your internet service again.

When I go to shenzehn I always go to Golden Lustre Hotel. I feel like home there.
But still i have one remark: please get a proper business room which is quiet for working and internet consulting, and not smelling food because the micro wave oven is just under the sole table for the sole pc.

Yes! We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, and would surely recommend my countryman and friends to stay in the hotel during their trips to Shen Zhen. In short we are very pleased with the service and assitance rendered by your hotel staff. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great with amenities such as food and shopping just about 10 mins walk away. The MTR, trains are about the same distance away.
In fact, we are a marvellous time shopping and dining around the area, we would recommend u to go to Dong Wu for shopping and the food outlest along the way there and opposite the hotel serves also good food, do not forget to ease your muscles after so much walking around, this i mean u ought to check out the massage parlours available there at a fraction of the cost of what we pay back home and the service is wonderful, try it.

The hotel is of good quality and great location. All the facilities are intact as promised and the surroundings provide all the value for money for entertainment. I will come back to this hotel for all my future trips. Keep it up. Also, we are very satisfied as service is good and free transfer to Hong Kong (railway) was provided - clean van and courteous driver.

I like the fact that its keeping close touch with people like us who make bookings through the net. Golden Lustre Hotel: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Its conveniently located, not far from the Luo Wu train station (Walking takes about 15mins). Don't try if you've loads of luggage after shopping in LuoWu. The hotel provides free transport to/fro LuoWu, call them. Most taxi won't take you b'cos of the short distance (We've tried). Go Dong Men Lu (road) for your shopping (ladies will love it!) Its not far from hotel, taxi ride will costs only RMB 12.50. Bus RMB
2. Will definitely stay in the hotel again!

About the Golden Lustre hotel itself, its facilities are alright as the other place that I have been before. Location, the location of this place is satisfied. I can say that the hotel located quite in the city center. Front-desk staffs are so so not so bad and not so well.
I have got one piece of information that made me feel disappoint to tell you. On my last day in this trip, we plan to back to Hongkong. At the first time, we don't know yet how can we back to HK. So we contact one of the concierge staff, he told me there is a 900 rmb van to HK. But when I contact the office beside the hotel, the price is much lower than what that guy told me. This situation told me something about the staff sincerity.
Beyond this shortcoming, everything is fine. I hope to get some best service from you again in the future.
