The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately there is only one bathroom in a 3-bedrooms apartment which is very impractical given the number of people.

There is a kitchen but no utensils except basic mugs / spoons for coffee making.

When people choose an apartment, they want to feel 'at home'. Most apartment nowadays provide full kitchen facilities.

We had a wonderful and memorable time as guests in yr hotel. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel's shuttle service and the availability of taxi services are a great plus to unfamiliar tourists. The rooms are clean and facilities adequate. Please keep up the good work.

The rates given are the best around. i did not have any difficulties booking our rooms. The check-in counter receptionists were also very helpful and polite.

To better your services, perhaps you can surprise repeat guests with some kind of special offer, eg. free breakfast or discount vouchers for next visit, etc.

We were very happy with the Metropark Apartment. The room was very big and clean. Beds changed regularly. Room cleaned daily. A little kitchen with a refrigerator. But if you want any eating utensils you must ask for them or get your own including a bottle opener. There is no Plates etc Maybe they could supply these small items to the room as the cupboard space is there. Breakfast was very nice catering for Western and Chinese with a lot of choices. Staff was very helpful and polite. It is very close to shopping streets and restaurants. The subway is a bit difficult to find at first to go to Luo Hou for the major shopping at commercial building where they have floors of everything you can think of. A tailor called Judy on the 5th floor speaks perfect English and has made us several items of clothing.

This is the last week of our 6 month stay and your booking service has made it so much easier for us.

Love the Metropark very much. The rooms are a wonderful size, plenty of room. Kitchenette was great, although did think it strange to have no cutlery at all, and no plates.location was tops, and the shuttle service was excellent.everthing very clean, and staff helpful.Supermarket across road, and Dongman very handy. Will be back in Feb.

Metropark Apartments Shenzhen is a fabulous place to stay. The apartments are large, spacious and very comfortable with luxurious furniture. The staff were extremely helpful and always very pleasant. We found Metropark Apartments only a short taxi ride to Shenzhen central shopping building, train station, bus station and the border to Hong Kong. It is also surrounded by local, economically priced, restaurants who serve great tasting food.

The hotel is very very nice I stay in this hotel 6 time in last 2 years the room very big and clean and have washing machine and small kitchen the staff service are very good and also they have bus go to market every half hour so you don't need to take taxi and lose you time and money. Also the location near MacDonald's and KFC and the market 2 mint by walk and have supermarket offset the hotel.

Dear Mr. Bruce Wang,
It has been a pleasant stay in Metropark Apartment, Shenzhen. All essentials are being provided in the room which is also clean and quiet. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to MRT line for travelling locally. It is only 2 stops by MRT to Luohu Station for Train & buses to other provinces, as well as China & HK immigration & customs check point for crossing over to HK, which we did. Very convenient and no hassle.

Will probably stay in this same hotel if we ever go to Shenzhen again.
