This hotel just newly opened this year. It was located in the city center and with very easy access to Luohu port. Hotel staffs could not speak enough English but they were very helpful and kind. We are arranged one nice room to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Though I could hear the noise outside the door in the evening but after I fell asleep, nothing bothered me again. It's good choice for budgeted hotel.
