1. Location: very close to the Hi-tech Fair, I took a taxi to the fair for 5 minutes
only, and cost around RMB10.00. If you are going to attend the fair, this hotel is a good choice.

2. Facility: lobby is small, elevator is small, the room size is OK. The breakfast is humble. The service is not well, I required a non-smoking room, but got a smoking one when I check in. I asked to change a new one, but the staff told me the other rooms have been full. I was displeased. I don't think Royalty Hotel is 4 star, 2 at most.

3. TCG's service: very prompt response, I'm very satisfied with your service. I will use your service in my next booking soon.

Royalty Hotel offers very good service, I was really appreciated. The hotel staffs are very friendly and courteous. The hotel reception staff easily found my reservation when I informed them that I had made the reservation with TCG one month earlier. The room is just what I respected, well decorated, clean bed-sheet, clean carpet and curtain. The hotel breakfast is also very good, delicious and varied. I would like to recommend this hotel to all, and I will use TCG booking service again in the upcoming trip.

This is a wounderful hotel, where the staff make all the difference to your stay, just the way they greet you from the moment you arrive makes you feel at home. Fantastic rooms, great onsite facilty make for a most enjoyable stay, for both Business and pleasure.

Very Friendly people, they help a lot to anything we had ask to them, very nice area (near it had shopping center) and 10 min by taxi, nightlife complex, clear, good value for money, surely i would suggest you to go!

The service and facility of Royalty hotel was excellent. I stayed here with my colleague. From we came into hotel, we got a very warm welcome. Bellboy was very politely to greet with us and carry the luggage to show us to the reception. Then, we got a nice clean room though not very large. Bed was very comfortable. Both of us had a very good sleeping at night. Only a little problem was the hot water for showing was not strong enough. I think I will come back again next time.
