I am really very happy with Travel China Guide, they give very prompt response and provide highly reliable and efficient service.

Regarding the hotel, the location is good, very close to Hong Kong border, ie Luo Hu main railway, metro and bus station. The hotel provide free shuttle to and from Luo Hu every 15 minutes until 11.30pm, though the shuttle waiting point at Luo Hu is not easy to identify at the very first time. The room is clean and satisfied.

Very impressive as you send me the letter asking for comment for the hotel that I've book earlier.
It was a pleasant experience to use TCG services, therefore I believe I've no reasons to reject your request.

First, lets comment about the Shanshui Fashion Hotel (Luohu), Shenzhen
A very nice, clean, fashionable hotel with reasonable price. The staff was friendly, helpful and able to provide us with some useful tourist info, they also allowed us to have a late check-out till 2pm.

Hotel was just on the road next to the Luohu Station and free shutter services was provided to Hong Kong / Shenzhen border. Location of the hotel should not be consider bad but I suggest that map should be given to those who have their first stay in this hotel. I have problem finding the hotel after i reached Luohu Station. It cost me about an hour to find out the exact location of it. People at the station incl police and security was not able to describe the hotel location correctly.

2. Booking experience through TCG Booking Center was great!
The response is fast, price is fixed with no hidden cost included. They didn't even request my credit card details. It make me feel warn and comfortable, I no need worry that my credit card detail could be miss use by third party.

But I have a suggestion, I noticed that in your website there was nothing mentioned about what the user should do if in any possibility they need to cancel their booking. Please state it clearly so that we know what we need to do then.

The hotel 'Shanshui Fashion Hotel' is actually 'Shanshui Trends Hotel'. An error in the translation on your site made for some troubles in finding the Hotel. The hotel itself was very nice an excellent price for what we received. It was close to the railway station which was good. Staff were very good and tried very hard to ensure we were satisfied. The only comment we can make is the hotel is in more of a commercial area and the surrounding streets are a little run down.

Good Morning

Question 1: We enjoyed the Shanshui Fashion Hotel(Luohu), Shenzhen. The facility was clean and the staff very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, but there was a major problem with language. Unfortunately, I and my traveling companions do not speak Mandarin and the staff had very little English, so there was confusion and misunderstandings. Also the air conditioning unit was not working in our hotel room so it was very warm. As we were shopping until 11 pm we did not realize it was not working until midnight and at that time we felt that it was too late to contact maintenance. Finally, we had to give a room deposit of $500 RMB, which I wish I had known about before hand. I put it on my VISA and we were almost charged twice for it. I will be tracking my VISA to make sure that there was no charge. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the major shopping areas in Shenzhen.

Question 2: I really liked booking through TCG. It was very efficient and made my hotel experience good. I especially liked the map directions, in both English and Mandarin. I will definitely use your service again.

I stayed 2 nights at ShanShui Hotel ...

I stayed 2 nights at ShanShui Hotel during my recent trip to Shenzhen. The hotel is clean & staff are pleasantly helpful & polite. However, the distance to Luo Hu commercial center is not as near as indicated. Nevertheless, it is good value for money.

My staying experience was awesome. Overall, that was great!! The facility was almost perfect, also for the staff service.

And especially because the location was near to others place, so it was easy for us to get everywhere.

For the transportation that given as the facility (as I remember, they took us near the train station), it also very helpful for us.

My rate for TCG is excellent. Just keep up the good work!

Shanshui Fashion Hotel(Luohu), Shenzhen was very comfortable and neat. I would recommend this hotel going forward to any one traveling single. The room was good, toilets clean and odour free. It was very well maintained.

Going forward, I would prefer Shanshui Hotel on my travel to China.

Dear sir, we informed by the hotel staff that there is no Foreign Currency Exchange Counter in the hotel. Besides, they only accept foreign currency as deposit but not payment. They are sorry about that and hope for your better understanding.

The hotel does have breakfast but it is not included in the room rate. We noticed that you did not book the breakfast so the hotel did not provide breakfast for you. The restaurant is on the first floor.
