Regards to the Vienna Airport Hotel, Shenzhen I stayed: definitely 3 stars. Not clean, but good if you only wish to rough it out for a night to catch an early flight.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay though it was just for 1 night. As a matter of fact, I was in transit to Tianjin the next day.

I must say TCG Booking Center was very efficient in dealing with my request. I certainly would like to use TCG again in future. The hotel also seems to pay more attention to my check-in.

I actually got in quite late and the room reserved for me was given to other guest. However, the hotel offered me a slightly smaller room at very reasonable rate.

Dear lena,
The hotel has an awesome decor and the bed is kinda hard, but I am very pleased with the facilities except the noise from outside. Apparently, the building next door has worker performing their duties all through the night. loading and unloading of cargo of sort. The noise is loud enough to disturb my sleep.

The aircon don鈥檛 seem to be cool enough and mosquito bites over my body. I feel tired after the night rest.

The location is good, close to air-port and walkable by foot. The transportation from Airport to Hotel also good, but you have to call to the hotel. The cleanliness is just fine, some dirty and smell but mostly acceptable. However it should be rated at 3 star?. I personally like the service of TCG. Booking without paying first and go to the hotel with reserved room waiting for you.

Dear Ms Qian,

Basic facilities as well as staff service are acceptable, but neighborhood surrounding is unsatisfactory. Also, as it is not easily accessible by foot from airport to hotel, shuttle is necessary but this can only be provided by calling the hotel. For passengers without a mobile phone, this may be difficult. My suggestion is that the hotel arranges half-hourly or periodic shuttles so that guests can just wait at the 'shuttle stop' without having to call the hotel.

The location of the Vienna hotel is excellent. Even the management and staff was very helpful. Specially the free shuttle bus between hotel and airport is ok. The hotel is very clean and quite.

Hi!

The overall experience good. I just came to sleep for one night and then go again since my flight was the next day. Room was good but big problems with communication no one spoke English.

The areas around the hotel is not nice for a foreigner like me but you dont have to see it if you dont want to. Most important close to the airport.

We really enjoyed the whole experience! When we arrived at the airport we called the Hotel and they sent a driver to pick us up. It was very convenient and easy. After a quick hassle-free check-in we were comfortably installed in our room. We thought the room was lovely and comfortable although my husband would have preferred a western style toilet! He's still getting used to squat toilets. We only stayed one night as we were flying out the next morning and our departure and lift to the airport were quick and efficient. We will definitely stay at the Vienna again as it made our travels much easier and painless.

We have been telling our others friends who enjoy flying from Shenzhen airport but hate the travelling from Hong Kong hassles. We arrived on time for our flight rested and relaxed for the first time!

I also appreciated the very easy booking system and will be saving your address in our 'favorites' so when we travel to Shenzhen again we can book the Vienna Hotel through you again.

Hi! Ms Lena Qian,
First of all, pls accept my apologies for the following point:-

- There is no such thing of breakfast at CNY 10 /head as stated in the website. Instead, it was charged based on per plate.

There are 2 of us on that trip. So the amount is CNY 20.

The next point concerning the

- Ferry service from the airport to hotel is FREE but was charge CNY 15 for the trip from hotel to the airport.

We took a private car of the hotel that day. But out point is that when we ask for the ferry to the airport, the staff told us that it had left the hotel. They subsequently mentioned that if we need one, they will call for the ferry. Our answer is definitely YES, because we need to catch a flight. When the private car appears, we were told to pay CNY 15.00. Not only that, the driver told us to pay him upfront, as they are not to be seen collecting the money in the vicinity of the airport. We do not know the reason why.

We have share our experience with our friends and colleagues. Like what we have mentioned, the overall stay in China is fine. These are just some of our observations.

Thank you for your kind feedback. We do have checked with the hotel for your complaint, and there should be some misunderstanding here.

--- For the Breakfast:
We were informed by Miss Xiao of the Sales Department of Vienna Airport Hotel that the restaurant is not subordinated to the hotel, instead, they have cooperation. The restaurant provides set courses and a la carte dishes. The price for the set course is CNY10/person/day, and that for the a la carte dishes depends on what you have ordered. Since the restaurant and the hotel are two separate groups, we can not check with the hotel what you have had for the breakfast. Sorry to have caused you so many troubles.

--- For the transfer to from the hotel to the airport:
We were informed by the hotel that you have checked out at 08:04 of Apr 10. The hotel provides free ferry service. The buses run every half an hour and the guests would better booked the service in advance. Besides, we were told that when you checked out, the bus has just left at 08:00. Since there are many people who will catch the flight in the bus, the bus departed at 08:00 to the minute. Considering the next shuttle bus will be at 08:30, they called a private car for you instead. These private cars do not belong to the hotel and the charge for a ride to the airport is CNY15.00. When the driver collecting the money depends on the driver and the hotel has no right to interfere. Hope for your kind understanding.
