I spent April 25 through May 4 at this hotel. The staff is helpful and courteous, speaking sufficient English to provide assistance, it helps to know the basics of any countries language you may visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning could have been a little better but for the price and location this is an outstanding offer. The hotel has a daily buffet that is simply delicious. Across the street is a supermarket and down the street less than a block are two restaurants where two can eat a very nice meal in a good setting for less than 4 US dollars. Highly recommended for price and services provided.

Thank you for your excellent service. The Tian Lun Songhe hotel in Beijing was within easy walking distance of the main shopping avenue as well as restaurants, the Forbidden City, Tianamen Square, and the Temple of Heaven (and the subway which is not difficult to use). Well, we are walkers so we found it very convenient. Others might prefer a taxi. The service at the hotel was very good. We had no problems. Everything was clean. The staff speak English. We were allowed to take one room with two double beds which we shared with our two children (12 and 15). We had been told that they would only take three to a room but they were quite flexible about this. We only ate breakfasts at the hotel but they were very good with a wide offering.

YES, just something surprising, since 6 months we "work" together and sometimes (not each time), you ask me again my credit card informations and my engagement by fax!

YES, last time you asked me I said that in Songhe Hotel we had not internet directly in the rooms, now we have Good progress!

I was delighted with every aspect of my stay at Tian Lun Songhe. The booking service was smooth and simple. The letter with directions in Chinese is a winner.

Location excellent for us and the sights we wanted. Tried 3 of the restaurants in hotel and food and service first class. I must make special mention of bell boys concierge and parking /taxi services as they always sorted out where we were going and ensured taxi drivers knew etc. Giving us the slip with taxi number etc is brilliant: not that we needed to complain (every taxi driver we had was excellent.) but it was very reassuring as we are both elderly and do not speak any Chinese so were apprehensive as to how we would cope. You made it "a breeze". Your staff made our stay in Beijing memorable. More elderly people like us would travel if they could be assured of this treatment.

yes, I am generally happy with my stay at the hotel and the svc provided by Booking Center. In fact, I thiink the hotel staff are helpful and eager to please the customers.

1. We are very much satisfied with the service of TCG Booking Center. The best thing I liked about it is their very prompt response to all my correspondence regarding my booking, etc. Also, I liked their policy for the clients to make the payments directly to the hotel at the hotel counter.

2. Yes, we are also very much satisfied with the facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings during our staying in Tian Lun Songhe Hotel, Beijing. I found the people too friendly and helpful. And the location was very ideal for tourists like us.

Only one comment if I may make : I would suggest the hotel should check/service the airconditioning system of the guest-room which was not performing very efficiently, as compared to the areas around lobby/restaurants, etc (where cooling was found to be perfect).

I would request you to convey our ( me and my family who also stayed with me there ) very special thanks to all the service staff of Tian Lun Songhe Hotel, Beijing who were really good people and were found to be extremely friendly and helpful to the tourists-guests like us.

I totally satisfied with your service, since 2 monthes I travel with your "help", as when I made a reservation then when I modified it, you were very prompt and efficient.

Quite totally, but with 3 little problems:
- the first one is that they don't offer Internet Access in the rooms,
- the 2nd one is that on the web site it is written a price with the breakfast, but each time I have been charged with the breakfast
- the 3rd one is with the taxi driver soon in the morning, when you go to the airport, you need to be careful and to find an "honest" one.

For the staff service, every body has been very kind and professional.

I am happy with the booking service provided by TCG.

The Songhe Hotel is well located, and is a 3-star hotel. I have no complaint against the hotel at all.
