I am satisfied with your service itself, but Jiangjun Hotel itself... I am satisfied with Hotel receptionists and bed making services etc...except one thing. I got upset with those in the massage reception. They are so rude, they just kept talking in Chinese though obviously I couldn't understand it at all. Without getting someone who could speak English, they just started their services much more than I ordered. So without pre-consent, I had to pay more in the end for the extra-services which I didn't agree before
services.
