Our stay at the Grand New World Hotel in Xian was excellent. The check in was efficient and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Room service was also excellent. The breakfast gave a really good range of choices to suit all visitors both local and foreign.

We would like to say that the bell boys and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. I had my purse stolen whilst shopping in Xian and a number of staff reported it to the local Police and accompanied me and my daughter to the Police Station to translate our account of what happened. They were very concerned and caring.

I would have no hesitation in recommending both Travelchinaguide for booking and a stay at this hotel. We hope to return at some point in the future and would stay here again without any hesitation.

We had an excellent stay at the New World Hotel in Xian, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nicely appointed and we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We took this hotel on "pot luck". ...

We took this hotel on "pot luck". It was excellent. Very comfortable, good service, perfectly placed to explore the walls and the Muslinm quarter. And the Chinese dinner we had on our final night was superb.
