Xian Diamond International Hotel: very good. Staff spoke English, floor could use a little cleaning, big rooms and big beds, very good price, great location right next to the train station-ideal for travelers that arrive and leave by train, nevertheless close to the city center.

TCG booking service: very good service, immediate responses, didn't have any problems.

I think the services provided by Xian Diamond International Hotel are quite satisfactory. The hotel has nice ambiance and clean surroundings. It has friendly and accommodating staff. It is also very near to the railway station. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay there. Perhaps, if we would be given a chance to visit Xian again, we will not have second thoughts in staying there. It is very convenient to almost all major destinations in Xian.

It was quite surprising since this was my first time to book hotel reservation online here in Beijing. But Travel China Guide indeed surpassed my expectations. We're used to all these minor glitches in our past experiences, but with Travel China Guide, everything went on smoothly. All the details spelled out in your email really helped us and we never had to worry until our check out. I believe that Travel China Guide is far more better than those other online travel guides that pretend to be in the way of helping would-be travelers needed advice and help online.

Yes, at first they said, there is no reservation. But when I insisted they provided a room, and I stayed there for a day. The main problem was that staff at reception did not understand English, and my Chinese was very poor.I appreciate your efforts to look in to the matter.

All i could say about this hotel is ...

All i could say about this hotel is that its wonderul,marvellous and located at the strategic point of the city.Sauna Bath and massaging are wonderful services provided by this hotel. Apart from it, i am very happy of faster internet connection from my room. Its very near to train station.

Our room was fantastic, though we did receive a complementary upgrade with made it even more enjoyable. May be idea to mention that it is only a 5 min walk from the railway station. We caught a taxi and got taken around the city only to find out that the Hotel was one street back from the station. Not located in the best end of town but hotel make up for this. This Hotel is excellent location for those who are travelling by train as it is truly within walking distance..

The service provided by TCG Booking Centre was very good and efficient
and I was pleased with it. Xian Diamond International Hotel was satisfactory.
The service was okay and the Room was very nice and in good condition.

The service of TCG Booking Center is excellent as they could promptly answer to my questions and request. However, the hotel we stayed in is not up to our expectation. Location is very convenient but surrounding with building sites so it is a bit dirty. Hotel itself is old with poor vantilation and airconditioning. Sound proof is a problem as we could hear people walking and talking outside. There were also consistent machinery noise coming into the room. Worst of all is once I switched on the "do not disturb" but someone still came in to make the room. Another minor thing is that the hotel is right next to a church and the bell rang early on Sunday - 6:30 in the morning and the bell rang 88 times! I am afraid I could not stay in such hotel again in the future.

When I left your excellent hotel, I told the receptionist how utterly pleased I was with all your services, including free broadband connection! I think your hotel is better than for example the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou which is a five star hotel with three star service. You are a four star hotel with five star service! Five star everything. The room was beautiful and large, the service impeccable and I have already recommended it to several of my friends. I will definitely be coming back.
