1. TCG Booking service is great! Especially your fast response (booking confirmation) is greatly appreciated. I would use your booking service whenever possible.

2. The hotel's facility and location was okay. But they need to improve reception desk service and skills. Their check-in and check-out procedures and customer service attitude are poor.

The stay was enjoyable and hotel was very good and centrally located. Staff were helpful
and very polite. We had no problems at all (except for some noice from renovations). Thanks
