Taking into account the short notice everything was done, I would rate your services as 9/10. Since the flight payment was a little hectic but only because it was on the weekend, but in my opinion credit card payment is more convenient.

Secondly, thank you so much for keeping us rooms for the late check-in. Also, we had to change our flight dates, which TCG helped us and suggested we change the flight details at the airport which was more convenient for us.

All in all, we were very pleased with your services. All the best of luck in your work.

The location couldn't be better all the shops, the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are all within walking distance. All of the staff members speak English and are very friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the heart of Beijing with and easy access to all amenities, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am very pleased to recommend the Wangfujing Grand Hotel very highly. The booking services of TCG are always excellent and efficient.

The Wangfujing Grand Hotel is very comfortable and clean. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The staff members also speak English very well and are dedicated to making the guests comfortable and satisfied. The Asst. Manager arranged a fabulous tour of the Great Wall and gave accurate information and good advice about everything. This hotel is very convenient to the Forbidden City and many other landmarks. There are dozens of nice restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel's restaurant is also quite charming and nice. The breakfast buffet price is a bit unreasonable in relation to the quality, however. That's my only point of criticism about this truly amazing hotel.

The hotel is near bus services, a large railway station, and subway lines. Taxi service is prompt and reasonable. The area is also safe and secure.

TCG obtains excellent rates with this and other hotels, so the price was a very good value.

Hi there,

The stay at the hotel was fine only. I was not informed of the initial deposit (2000RMB) which i have to place while staying there. Thus, i could not spend my money. Although i am aware of the upfront payment made know through the email, nothing was mentioned about such a big amount of deposit.

The room was dry, very dry. No aircon... although it's winter, but there is no need not to have aircon. Even when we requested to have the window opened (which was promptly done), the housekeeping staff happily locked it again while we were out, without checking with anybody if we had asked for the window to be opened. We were quite fedup with the stuffiness which we have to endure again.

Breakfast was a mess. Hotel staff told us that we were entitled to 2 persons, restaurant staff told us all 3 were covered for breakfast. No doubt about it. We never had 2nd breakfast - we did not want to be charged unnecessarily. Since hotel usually have final say.

The good things:
- location. It was a short walk to the city centers and the surrounding had great food!
- The promptness of the staff. I had forgotten my PIN to the safe box, the staff arrive very soon after the call to settle the issue.
- The great smile and attitude from the lady who checked us out.

I was very happy with the service provided by TCG. Never having been to China and not knowing what to expect I found it was a lot easier to use your website and get a description of hotels, locations and places of interest.

The Wangfujing Grand Hotel was excellent. The location was very good, it was at the quiet end of one of the main shopping roads and within walking distance to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City and only a 17 RMB taxi ride back to the hotel at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean with good sized rooms. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others; it was good value for money.

We are coming to Shanghai in March and I will use your service again to book the hotel.

i really like the looks of your hotel. i have seen many pictures of it online and if ever I travel to beijing I will definitly stay there. also if ever any of my friends ever think about going to beijing i will reccomend the hotel for them to stay at.
