I am very pleased on TCG hotel Booking center, and have already recommended to people in Finland and other foreigners I met on my Beijing stay. I was especially pleased of service I got concidering changes on my travelling schedule.

Yue Xiu Hotel was the standard I expected it to be, service was good and we had even the room ready before our check in time. For the future I recommend to have a notice on the websides about the perfect subway connection this hotel has. Subway is an ideal way of travelling in Beijing.

Quite satisfied, no problem during check-in at hotel. Thanks!Only concern is I requested for adjoining/adjacent rooms but it was not available since 3-bed rooms for the hotel are located on different floors.You should have at least informed me so I could have made some changes on my request.

Staff service and location are good but facility needs improvement.Aircondition is not functioning properly, it's too hot inside the rooms. Complained several times but no improvement.

I am sorry to have to write this email, but I must express my disappointment at the hotel we stayed in on Friday night. We have, as you know, used this hotel before and would like to continue to do so. However, when we checked in on Friday 25th March, we expected to adjoining rooms, or at least rooms on the same floor, as per request. We also expected non-smoking rooms. Our rooms were on the third and tenth floors
respectively, and were definitely not non-smoking. Much worse than that, however, was the fact that neither room had been cleaned! We did not check in early, in fact it was after 6:30 when we arrived. We had friends from England with us, and this gave a very bad impression of the hotel. The desk staff were apologetic, but there was no reduction in the bill or any sign of compensation for this treatment. I would be reluctant to use this hotel again if this is the way that customers, in your own words 'honoured
and valued' guests are treated.

Travelchinaguide internet hotel booking service was very trust-worthy and reliable. We had no problems on arrival at the hotel in Beijing after our hotel booking through the internet from Perth Australia. We even had our stay extended, from our original bookings, through the hotel reception desk, on "as-and-when required" basis and at TCG discounted rates. The rooms and services at Yue Xiu Hotel were excellent and the staff were very friendly and even helpful in providing guides to taking local transports to locations of places of interests and of course the shopping & good foods. The hotel location is excellent and and very convenient as it is next door to a Beijing Subway Station & opposite to Beijing Touring Bus Station. SOGO shopping and food court complexes are round the corner. We were so pleased with the hotel that we stayed all our 30 days there!
