The hotel was very convenient - easy walking distance to 2 underground stations and the main railway station. The rooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The booking process was easy through the website and we even called by phone prior to our return to Beijing to stay again on departure. Highly recommend Harmony for a value for money place to stay.

Harmony hotel stay was very pleasant. Decent rooms. Toilets need some upgradation. Good staff , Central location and moderate tarrif are plus points.I would come again If I come to Beijing.

The Harmony hotel is a good place to spend several days. Good location, it's in the walking distance (within 20 min) to most of attractions, very close to metro and Beijing railway station.Service in the hotel is average, though reasonable for not very expensive place. Breakfast is quite mediocre, so I would suggest to eat somewhere in one of the nearby cafe. Another minus: the list of tours that can be organized from the hotel is very limited.

I am very satisfied with TCG booking, it was efficient and easy. We enjoyed very much our trip in Beijing. The Harmony Hotel was very well located, the staff talked enough English to communicate. The room was very big, and very clean. Great place to stay at a very moderate place. Only one thing, the breakfast selection was very poor. But definitly I will suggest this hotel to any of my friends or family

The TCG booking centre was very ...

The TCG booking centre was very easy to use and reservations were made with no problems. The Harmony Hotel is in a decent location and rooms were fairly nice and clean for the price. The only problem was the shower and bathroom were dirty in our first room but the hotel staff changed our room and gave us a king-sized bed the next day no problem. The staff did not speak english well but I would still recommend this hotel.

The China trip was fantastic and I'm very satisfied with the TCG service, because is easy and secure. In the future I certainly recommend your services to my friends. Concerning the Beijing Harmony Hotel, my opinion is not so good: the hotel is central and the accomodations are good. But the staff are, in generally, not very polite.

One comment that I do have is in regards to your buffet breakfast service. The selection should be enlarged and also you may think about extending your hours. I am very satisfied with the TCG Booking center, it worked good. I am also happy with the hotel, I have stayed there 5 times and that hotel is always my first choice when I am travelling to Beijing(like 3 times a year).
